Barahona AA is a micro-lot coffee. The Barahona region is on the southern side of the Dominican Republic. Barahona is recognized for producing some of the highest quality coffees in the Dominican Republic.
Notes: Rounded and well-balanced coffee, with mild, clean acidity, floral in aroma and taste with undertones of fresh pine and sugar cane.
Our Barahona is a Full City Roast. Not quite a dark roast but well beyond a medium roast.

I'm a big fan of dark roasts and although this isn't super dark, it has a great rich taste but with more distinguishable flavors when compared with my typical dark roast favorite. Highly recommended.
